Pros: Easy on gas, SUV utility, Driver Info Center Cons: Blind spots, buzzy engine, feels underpowered (where are the advertised 149 ponies?) The Bottom Line: Great combination of SUV utility with gas-savings of a compact.

Pros: Stylish, smooth riding, good cargo space, stereo sounds nice Cons: Lack of heated mirrors, window switches in center console, cup holders The Bottom Line: This car fits the bill for us in that it is relatively small with good cargo space, pretty good fuel mileage, nice sound system. Fun to drive.

Pros: Build quality, gas mileage, comfort, reliability, styling, extras Cons: cheap-feeling sun visors The Bottom Line: For the money, HHR gives a lot of bang (and fun) for your dollar. A well though out and well executed vehicle. Chevy and GM did great on this one.

Pros: Cargo carrying and price Cons: Cup holder location. The Bottom Line: Recommend if you need a car that can also haul items that would not fit in a trunk.
We choose the HHR since it was comfortable to ride in, it can haul items that will not fit in a trunk, it has decent gas mileage, and the price is right. The high roof allows the seats to set up straight making it comfortable to ride in. My leg does ...
